Hey there beauts! I hope you all are having a fabulous week so far! I have been busy doing collaborations over the past few weeks and have been absolutely loving it ! I have been loving this fall weather lately and you know what that means beauts ? Beanies! I love beanies for a fall fashion statement. So pretty much any chance I get I am going to wear a beanie! I recently worked with a company where I could do just that , wear beanies with these unreal tops I received! I reached out to ” Ten Thousand Tees” a while back asking to do a collaboration and look where we are today! I was super thrilled and hyped about this opportunity as their page really caught my eye and I loved the look of the clothing. I love simple tees that make a huge statement and I think that’s what drew me to their page . When talking to the owner of Ten Thousand Tees, James Ruta, he was so chill and down to earth to talk to. James is a super sweet guy and I knew that working with their company was going to be enjoyable and fun for sure!  One of James favourite things to do is seeing people connect.  James states, “forget about our differences for a moment . In the end we’re all human. We all have hopes and dreams, we all have insecurities. We all make decisions that show who we are. One of those decisions is the clothes we wear. The clothes that we wear show who we think we are and who we want to be. They show what we believe in and what we represent. I never wanted Ten Thousand Tees to be just another brand – there are too many of those already. I wanted it to be a way of connecting people . I wanted it to be a way of standing for something. I wanted it to be a way of saying this is who I am and this is what I believe in . So it’s not just a matter of printing something on a t shirt . Every tee tells a story by life itself. That is what Ten Thousand Tees is. It’s LIFE IN THREAD”. 

I absolutely love this . If you beauts know anything about me it’s that I love people who want to make a difference in the world. I am all about reaching out to people  and striving to make the world a better place . I believe this is exactly what James is doing with his clothing company and the message he is sending people , nothing but positive vibes. We need more people in our lives that are so upbeat and positive, life is too full of negative and serious people.

I received my package in the mail the other day from James and Ten Thousand Tees! I was so excited and could not wait for my package to be sent to me! When I opened my package I was greeted with a lovely personalized letter from Ten Thousand Tees! You beauts know me and my letters, I love getting personalized letters, I think they are more thoughtful and so sweet to read.  They make you feel important is how to put it!


I received two t shirts from their company which I am absolutely in love with. I love simple t shirts that you can style with pretty much anything , just use your imagination! I was super happy when I received a black and a white t shirt, both with different messages and designs on them.  The first was the t shirt on their website that caught my eye. I absolutely love the ” stand up ” tee, I think it is super powerful and empowering in general. You can purchase this off their website for $29.99! I adore mine and have paired both shirts I received with a black beanie, sunglasses, ripped faded jeans and converse.




The next shirt that I am In love with is the “Ten Thousand Tees” shirt which is black and retails for $29.99 in store.  I love the design and you can pretty much pair it with anything! The shirts are super comfy as well!

Hello my beauts, Alyssa here! So if there is one thing you beauts should know about me is I absolutely love fashion and when I started my blogging channel, I did not really think I would be modelling and reviewing fashion products whatsoever. It’s not that I think I have a bad fashion sense, I  don’t . I look at other people and think, “wow I wish I had a fashion sense like they do”. One day I randomly just thought to expand my blogging channel and thought what the heck, I’ll just try modelling and see if I like it because I always wanted to model clothing. Sure I am not a size 0 whatsoever, I don’t think I have ever been a size zero in my life but hey that’s quite alright. I was absolutely hooked on my first session and literally got my 14-year-old sisters to take pictures of me. Sometimes if I am lucky, I will book a photography session like I have had in the past, but we don’t always have the time for that!  My goal is to eventually save up for a legit pro camera so I can take my own photographs. So anywho, enough about my background with photography and how I got into modelling clothes, just wanted to share a bit of insight with you beauts! So I recently came across a beautiful boutique page a while back called, “PicketFenceBoutique”, and was really hooked on her content on her page, it was beautiful pieces of clothing that I would personally wear and model for sure. I love off the shoulder tops, tops with cutouts, tops that are distressed, and so forth. I had seen that Stacey, the owner of Picket Fence Boutique from Windsor Ontario, was hosting a contest for her company. She was hosting her first ever brand babe search for the month of October. Basically, the qualifications were as followed:

  1. You must have a love for fun trendy clothes and an eye for styling trendy pieces together.
  2. You must be active on social media ( you post several times a week or more) and have a public account.
  3. You take great photos with good lighting – natural/ clean backgrounds or scenic outdoor shots. You don’t have to be a professional photographer but the more eye-catching your photos are the better.
  4. You’re willing to work with us for a one month period, promoting our clothes and our shop by tagging us on your social media account 1-2x  a week in exchange for clothes we provide. You will also receive a 30% brand rep discount for any purchases you wish to make with us.

So… I did just that! I went searching for my Instagram pictures, found 3 that stood out to me and hastagged away! Then the waiting game began. I started getting more anxious when other individuals were entering and joining the contest as well!  When September 29th, 2017 came my heart was beating so fast! I knew at some point today the winner would be chosen so I was patiently waiting!


As soon as I saw my name beauts my heart sank, I literally could not believe it! I am literally one of those people who always  enters contests but never win ever… like literally ever! So this one time someone was looking down on me! Right away I had messaged Stacey over email saying how excited I was to be working with her wonderful company.  I then was waiting patiently for my package to arrive in the mail with what I thought would be one shirt which I was so excited for! So I open the mailbox and it’s this huge package! I got even more excited. I opened up the package and was greeted by a beautiful sweet letter congratulating me! How adorable, I am for sure keeping the letter as a keepsake!

So me being me, I was honestly super stoked about the letter, love personalized letters, I just sat there admiring it! I then was greeted to a beautifully put together package. Beauts, this has got to be the most gorgeous packaged package I ever received in my life, I was blown away. It was wrapped in pink tissue and held together but cute little “Oh Happy Day” stickers, I was in awe.  I didn’t want to ruin the packaging but was so anxious to see what was inside the package! I was so overwhelmed I almost cried beauts. There was not one gorgeous shirt but 4….4!!! Like how generous can you be, thank you so so so much Stacey! It’s like Stacey even knew that one of my all-time favourite fall colours was olive green, which goes so well with my hazel eyes and makes them pop!

I absolutely love this shirt beauts! It’s honestly my absolute favourite out of the four tops I received. This top looks wonderful for the fall time , it’s so colourful and is absolutely gorgeous! This beautiful shirt is called ” the floral cold shoulder criss cross tied neck bell sleeve blouse”, which retails for $38.99. I honestly love the way this shirt looks on, it’s so flawless and a must have in your fall wardrobe! This shirt is flowy and lightweight, and is 100% polyester. I love the cutous on the shoulders, Stacey knew exactly my style and I love her for that! I simply paired this look with a pair of blue tight jeans, some nude heels, and a cute flowy hat.

This next top that was in my package is absolutely gorgeous. I love the distressed look, I feel like you can work this look however you wish making it classy or streetwear. I paired this look with a beanie, ripped jeans and my Hunter Boots. I think this look came together quite nicely. I received this shirt in a beautiful olive green colour which is such a statement for the fall time. This shirt comes in the colours olive green, white and heather grey.  This shirt retails for $32.99 but is on sale in the shop right now for $19.99, this is a huge steal for sure! This “distressed terry tunic sweater” is absolutely flawless and it’s one of my top favourites that’s for sure, I love anything distressed, thanks Stacey!

This next shirt in my package is super comfortable, soft and not to mention stylish. I absolutely adore it. It is in the shade olive green and is a hoodie with cutouts on the shoulders… how cool is that!? I absolutely love shoulder cutouts, and I think they make a huge statement and are great fall pieces to have in your wardrobe. This “long sleeve open shoulder tunic hoodie” retails for $41.99, but is on sale right now for $31.99.  I again love the olive green colour and think it really does look flattering on absolutely everyone. Literally best way to describe this fashion piece is sexy meets comfort. I simply paired this look with blue tight jeans, a white blanket scarf and a pair of grey converse to keep is classy get simple.

I absolutely love the fourth and final top that I received in my package. This is a gorgeous black blouse with a sexy chain back detail. One of the reasons why I love this top so much is the detail on the back. I absolutely love showing my back tattoo off any opportunity I get, and this just really compliments it so much! This top retails for $32.00 but is on sale in the sop for $19.99 which is quite the steal! I absolutely love classy tops that I can wear for dates, going out, or even evening plans later on in the day. I simply paired this look with black heels, some pink ripped jeans and a flowy black hat. I think you can create so many beautiful looks with this top which is what I adore about it. I am for sure showing this off on my next date! Hands down!

Hello my beauts, I hope you are all doing fantastic!  My names Alyssa is you are new to my channel! I have been blogging for a couple of years now and absolutely love it with a strong passion. I have recently been into doing collaborations with Clothing Companies, modelling some of their clothing pieces and doing reviews on the products for you beauts. I love finding new boutiques and seeing what their stores have to offer. After a while you get sick of the usual stores you go shopping at so why not find amazing stores on Instagram and shop online? I know what you may think, some of you may be afraid to shop online because you’re afraid of getting the wrong size of clothing which is understandable. Almost every store has a size guide for you to follow which really helps a ton when deciding the perfect size of clothing to purchase. I found this amazing and cute little boutique on Instagram called the “Southern Drawl Boutique” which is located in Houston Tx.

This is a women’s clothing store which provides stylish and chic clothing and accessories to women! I reached out to their page and addressed who I was, and what type of blogging I have experience with. They began to ask me what boutiques and brands I have worked with before. At that time, I have not worked with a whole lot of companies, but I was so fortunate that they decided to give me a chance and allow me to model some of their clothing. The company was extremely welcoming and pleasurable to work with!  I then picked a piece of clothing from their website which I loved and they placed my order.  I knew I had to get something that was off the shoulder, as I absolutely love these kinds of tops, they are absolutely stunning.


I could not wait to get my package in the mail and literally checked every day for my top, I was that excited!  The company was kind enough to let me know that my package should be there any day within the couple of weeks that had passed. Finally, my package arrived and it was everything I could have imagined, it was absolutely stunning. It was this beautiful floral off the shoulder top in this gorgeous nude shade which retails for $22.00 in store. I got my shirt in a size Large just because I am more busty in that area, and did not want it to be super tight on me. Right away my grandma thought it was absolutely gorgeous as soon as I held it up. Later on that week, I had a date planned and even my date complimented me on my shirt which was super flattering. I absolutely hands down love this top and may have to purchase it in more colours! The colours that this top comes in are pink, grey, green, red , blue, black and nude. This top is super comfortable, looks absolutely flattering on, hugs your upper body, and has a super soft material. I paired this outfit with a cute pair of fitting jeans and some heels.


I am for sure going to have to get some more lovely tops from this cute boutique, they are to die for and are absolutely gorgeous. I am head over heels for tops that are off the shoulder so I have my eye on a couple more!  I want to take the time to thank The Southern Drawl Boutique for allowing me to collaborate with them and being so kind and generous. Hello my beauts, I hope you all are having a fabulous week so far as I am super glad it’s the end of the week thank goodness. I have been super busy lately with collaborations with companies and staying on top of my blog for you guys. I can not believe at one point I was so behind on my blogs it was unreal, and I felt so bad for you guys that I completely let you guys down, so I apologize but now I simply can not stop blogging, it’s like an addiction! I am so fortunate to have such a strong support system of beauts such as you guys, friends and family, so thank you! For this blog post, I am so fortunate and honoured to be collaborating with “HYBRID NATION CLOTHING” who I reached out to and they happily accepted!

Hybrid Nation is a socially conscious streetwear and lifestyle brand based out of Minneapolis, Minnesota. It is their mission to positively promote diversity and to their platform as a clothing brand along with community-based social advocacy to initiate conversations about equality in order to work towards the creation of a more loving and accepting world. GUYS, how amazing is this! There is nothing more rewarding then collaborating and promoting a company who means so well and wants to make a positive change in the world. I find this absolutely amazing and if that doesn’t say it all for you guys, I highly recommend checking out their  “motto”.


Their motto reads, “STAY HYBRID”  which is not only their motto but also the general philosophy behind all of the work they do. At the most basic level, “Stay Hybrid” represents a person’s commitment to stand up and be a champion for diversity and the values of love and acceptance of all people. So when you say, “Stay Hybrid” or use the hashtag #StayHybrid on social media, you are not only showing where you stand, but you are also encouraging others to stand up and be champions of diversity.



I absolutely love their motto and what they stand for/represent I truly believe more companies need to be like this and completely promote the message 100%. You can purchase both of these tops which are located on their website in the link in their bio. The Black Mockneck Tank Top retails for $30.00 in store. I absolutely love the style of this shirt, and the look is incredible. I was not too sure if this top would look flattering on me but I have been getting nonstop compliments how much it does flatter me and how many people love the high neckline! I would highly recommend purchasing this for your wardrobe! The other white top is not yet up on their website but I highly recommend keeping an eye out for it! There are so many other gorgeous outfits on their site, I just want to purchase everything!

Hello my beauts, I hope you all are doing well! I had a wonderful weekend and I hope you guys did too! One thing I absolutely love about the fall time and it’s literally mandatory are fall candles and candles in general.  Something about getting all cozy, getting snuggled up on your couch and relaxing with a tea as a candle burns on the table.  I absolutely love candles, they make you so happy and fill the air with positive vibes. Candles are great for gifts for any birthday, special occasion and so forth. I know if somebody surprised me with candles I would in a heartbeat be so grateful. I am always on the hunt for new candle stores and places to purchase beautiful candles. I always shop at Bath and Body Works but wanted something different this time. That is when I came across this beautiful cute shop on Instagram called, “Heaven Scent Soy Candles”. I absolutely loved their page and had to reach out to their company. They were more than happy for me to collaborate with them and review some of their products!  I reviewed their link to their online store and it was beautiful. You can tell they put a lot of work into their company and website it was so dainty and cute.

About the Company 

Heaven Scent Soy Candles was first established in 2012, while sitting on the couch watching a home fragrance commercial. The entrepreneurs of the company had used a significant amount of the store-bought home freshening products but nothing ever seemed to have the lasting smell which would fill up your entire home with an amazing scent. When looking at the ingredients in candles, it is so hard to pronounce half of the things in it.  This was when Heaven Scent Soy Candles was created. The overall idea was Heaven Scent. In December 2016, her 16-year-old son gave her her first candle making kit keeping in mind that he knew she had been talking about starting her own candle business for years now.  The goal of Heaven Scent Soy Candles is to make you feel at home in a place that is not your home or to bring back a happy or even a sad memory. It is fantastic how the sense of smell can take you to places that none of the other senses can.

Overall the process and establishment of Heaven Scent Soy Candles have been long but well worth the wait.  Heaven Scent Soy Candles is a committed company striving to provide a natural, beautiful and inspiring home fragrance to their customers.

So why make soy candles is what you may be thinking? Soy candles have a cleaner burn which has no toxins, carcinogens or pollutants.  Heaven Scent Soy Candles provide a long lasting burn that allows you to enjoy a longer lasting candle while creating a strong hot and cold scent throw.  The candles are created using fragrance oils that are infused with natural essential oils. One thing that took me by surprise when opening the candles was the wooden wicks, I have never seen a candle with a wooden wick before. Heaven Scent Soy Candles uses wooden wicks to help create the crackling sound while it’s burning. I absolutely love this. I would have never thought about that in a million years! Heaven Scent Soy Candles states that “living in South Florida, we don’t have fireplaces like many other cities, the crackling provides comfort, warmth and relaxation that brings memories for those that have lived in the more colder climates of the word“. I absolutely love this so much.  Also, wooden wicks create a faster melt pool than many other wick types and also provide a stronger scent throw.


Heaven Scent Soy Candles was kind enough to send me two of their products. I received a soy candle from their classic collection called, “Sweet Indulgence” which is a smooth and elegant blend of soft floral notes with salty highlight. The fragrance is infused with calming notes of jasmine, sweet cream and musk. I absolutely love the smell of this, it is so homey and gorgeous. I am picky when it comes to candles but as soon as I tried this out I fell in love. The decor of this candle is beautiful and looks so elegant. I would for sure give this as a gift to someone no doubt about it!  These candles retail for $25.00 which is amazing, as they are 11oz so you get a lot of product to it. These candles are made with all natural soy blend wax grown in the U.S. These candles provide you with 60 hours of burn time which is amazing. I personally love the sound of the wooden wick burning, I think this is what made me fall in love with the candle even more. Beauts I am blown away, once you are done burning the candle you can make it into a drinking glass. How cool is that? I am completely doing that. There are several amazing fragrances to choose from as well which is great! Some of the other scents include Faith, Sea & sand, Queen, Blessed, Goddess, Tiki Beach, and Amber Noir.


The other product that I received from Heaven Scent Soy Candles was their beautiful travel tins in the fragrance, “Fall Leaves” which retails for $13.00 and is 6oz.  I absolutely love fall candles and scents so when I received this scent I was literally dancing around. Anything with fall I am hyped about.  It is such a cozy smell and puts Bath and Body Works to shame with their fall candle collection. Even with the wooden wick burning too, oh my goodness, cozyness overload! These candles provide up to 35 hours of burning time and I absolutely love how cute they look in their travel tins.  This would also make a great gift for someone as well!

As soon as I started burning this candle my grandma stated, “this smell is so relaxing, it feels like you are in heaven, I love it. You can relax, mediate…. it is so calming”.

Hello my beauts, thank you for stopping by and welcome to my channel! So as you all are aware skincare is so important and having a proper routine helps out so much. I have always been really bad when it came to skincare, and really just did not care so much about my skin. My skin is super sensitive so I really have not found any proper products that have worked for me lately. My skin is acne prone, unfortunately, and I tend to break out all along my chin area as well as around my mouth which is super annoying!! I am always on the hunt for new skincare products! I have had the wonderful opportunity and I am so grateful that Vichy Canada allowed me to partner up with their beautiful company and collaborate with them. I have always admired Vichy Canada for the longest time and knew I had to reach out to them. They were such lovely people to get in touch with and I could tell right away they were very welcoming.  I had messaged them on Instagram, and they sent my request to their PR agency. Within a couple of hours, Vichy Canada had sent me an email asking for my mailing address and so forth. It only took a couple of days until I received a box with 4 beautiful full-size products in it to review and share with you beauts. I am not going to lie this is the first time I have ever tried Vichy before, and I am beyond impressed with the results. I have tested out all of the products for you guys, and have been using them for a couple of days now. I am already seeing results when it comes to my face and how much my acne has gone down, it’s incredible. Not going to lie I was a little hesitant when I received the products because they are not scent free and my face is extremely sensitive. To my surprise and amazement, my face has not broken out once and it has completely calmed my acne 100%. I am going to review some products from the new Idealia Line for you beauts, and can not wait to share my results with you beauts!


First, I am going to discuss with you beauts the new “Smoothness & Glow- Energizing Cream” which has Blueberry Polyphenois and Fermented Black Tea Extract in it as well. This cream is for sensitive skin which is amazing and was exactly what I needed. It creates a long-lasting glow, evens complexion, refines pores, and smooths lines. This cream is for dry skin and is a 24-hour moisturizer. This cream is also non-greasy and non-sticky not to mention it smells absolutely amazing. This cream retails for $39.99, and I highly recommend trying it out for yourself if you are looking for an incredible day-time cream. I apply this after I cleansed my face in the morning and before I apply my makeup application.


Next, I have to show you guys this wonderful product that Vichy Canada has to offer. Again, it is for sensitive skin, it’s like Vichy Canada knew me exactly down to a T.  This product is called the “Idealia Eyes, Eye Contour Idealizer Care“, which helps transform skin quality, and colour around the eye contour. This cream helps reduce the look of dark circles, illuminates shadows, and smooths the look of fine lines and skin texture. After 4 weeks, it reduces 21% of the appearance of dark circles, 23% of signs of fatigue, and 25% of fine lines. This was a clinical study that included 29 women within 4 weeks. The cream includes a smoothing applicator and has a fresh hydrating texture. I have only been using this product for almost a week now and it literally feels so soft on my skin, I love it. I will let you beauts know after the 4 weeks is up and how I think of the products. This product retails for $39.95.

Thirdly, I am going to talk to you beauts about the amazing “Idealia Peeling” product which is the radiance activating night peeling care. This is probably my most favourite product out of the 4 of them, I absolutely love it. You apply this product during your nighttime skin care routine and apply it to your face with a cotton pad. After applying this product to your face, do not rinse it off. All of these products smell unbelievably good, and my skin feels so fresh after using them.  I have noticed a difference in my face after using this product, as my face looks glowy and beautiful when I wake up in the morning.  This product retails for $39.95, and I highly highly recommend trying this out for yourself, you will not be disappointed whatsoever.


I absolutely love this last product that I am going to tell you beauts about.This is called the “Spa-Shower Gel-Cream” from the Idealia collection.  This product includes Vichy Thermal Spa Water, is rich in 15 minerals, and includes shea butter and white clay. This gel-cream provides lasting comfort, hydrates and softens the skin. Beauts, literally no joke, my skin felt so amazing and soft after getting out of the shower, I was in awe. Again, this is for sensitive skin which was amazing for me. I absolutely love this gel-cream and just use a loofa to apply it all over my body and then rinse it off. I am for sure going to keep using this in my shower routine to wash my body,  it smells heavenly.  This product retails for $16.95. I highly recommend trying this out as well!

I literally have no negative comments to say about the new Idealia line, as I absolutely adore the smell and how the products are on my skin. Hello my beauts, I hope you are all doing swell and fine! Β I hope you all are having a fabulous weekend so far like myself! I had the absolute pleasure of collaborating and working with a clothing company called, “Tye Clothing Co“. Tye Clothing is a small Indie clothing label focusing on simple yet stunning designs. Tye Clothing was established in 2012, and they have had a successful couple of years creating and selling a range of clothing and accessories, from tie-dye shirts, beanies, pocket tees, and jumpers.Β  Tye Clothing has moved on a bit since then, and they recently relaunched in August 2017, selling their famous graphic tees.Β  Their focus is on quality, they do it because they love what they do.

There are two main graphic t-shirts on their website right now, and they are currently working on more products. The famous shirt is the “Timepiece Tee” which retails for $10.00 which is amazing, and I absolutelyΒ love this shirt. I love the design of this t-shirt, it is so simple yet classy which is perfect. You can literally wear this with a pair of ripped jeans, normal jeans or leggings, it really is universal. Their second graphic t-shirt is their “Edition Tee“, which retails for $15.00 and this is rather stunning as well, and it is coming soon to the shop.


This company was extremely welcoming and so pleasurable to talk to.Β  They actually asked me if I would be interested in representing Tye Clothing, and of course, in a heartbeat, I said absolutely yes. Hello my beauts, and welcome to my channel if you are new! My name is Alyssa and I am a beauty, lifestyle and fashion blogger. I absolutely love my hobby with a passion and a dream of mine is for my blog to take off one day and to be noticed would be wonderful. I recently reached out to Garnier Canada in hope that I may have a slight chance they would reply and to my amazement, they respondedΒ via email which was amazing. I always have loved Garnier products and have nothing but good things to say about them. I always always use their shampoos and conditioners and absolutely adore them, they smell amazing! Garnier Canada was generous enough to send me some of their products to review and try out which was super nice of them! Everything came in a cute package with tissue paper… adorable. Also, I was greeted by a personalized card which I always adore reading, I think packages that have cards are more personalized and really mean so much! So, shall we get started on this collaboration or what?!

First thing I received in my package were three sheet face masks. The first was a blue one which was called the “Moisture Bomb Sheet Mask“. This apparently is a new mask, and it is a super hydrating mask which provides deep moisture for instantly softer, more radiant skin. This mask has pomegranate extract and hyaluronic acid in it. Basically, you take the mask out of the package and want to ensure you have a freshly cleaned face. You then want to put the mask on and while it’s on, take off the blue film and dispose of it. Next, you are going to press the mask so it is firmly on your face. Making sure your face is completelyΒ covered,Β you are then going to leave this on for 15 minutes. Β After the 15 minutes is up, gently take off the mask and rub in the excess product that is left over on your face in a circular motion. I really enjoyed these face masks completely. They left my face feeling really smooth, and moisturized which was awesome! The second face mask that I used was the Β “Super Hydrating Mask Mattifying” which deeplyΒ hydrates, Β balances skin and visibly reduces pores. This mask is made with green tea and hyaluronic acid which is incredible. It was extremelyΒ hydrating and I would for sure purchase this again by far! This mask is for normal to combination skin. Lastly, which was my favourite mask, it was the “Super Hydrating Mask Soothing” and this mask deep hydrates, comforts and soothes the skin. This mask is made with Chamomille and hyaluronic acid and is meant for dry to sensitive skin. I have extremely sensitive skin so I knew right away that I would love this product for sure, I am always looking for products to help my acne prone skin. I think this mask was my absolute favourite. I would highly recommend checking out these products for yourself, they are great when you have sleepovers with your friends and what not! You can purchase these for $2.94 at Walmart.

I absolutely love these facial wipes and was so excited to see some in my Garnier gift bag. I have never tried these before until recently, and I am always looking for new makeup wipes to try out. These makeup wipes are called, “Makeup Removing Micellar Wipes with Argan oil“. These wipes are n all-in-1 for long wear makeup, which helps cleanse and smooth the skin. There are 25 wipes that are included, and these wipes really do help get my makeup off. Β They are super gentle on my skin and get every piece of makeup off without having to rub harshly. Β I am going to be purchasing some more as soon as I run Β out!!


Next, I am going to share with you guys this amazing New Moisture Bomb “Antioxidant Β Super Moisturizer” for all skin types lotion. This moisturizer helps the skin with hydration and protects it against daily aggressors for healthier-looking skin. This moisturizer has Goji Berry, hyaluronic acid and antioxidant complex in it. I am always looking for a soft and gentle moisturizer especially for my face to use, and I am in love with this one! This lotion has a non-greasy formula with vitamins C &E in it. You can use this moisturizer on your face and as well as on your neck.


Next, in my goody bag, I received “Garnier Fructis Clean & Fresh fortifying conditioner and shampoo”, with grapefruit in it! I absolutely love anything that is fruity or has grapefruit in it, so they must know me well! I tried out both of these shampoos and conditioners and absolutely fell in love. My hair was shiny and felt super soft, and I am extremely picky when it comes to these type of things! These products are for normal hair, and refreshes and energizes my hair. These products are gentle enough for everyday use, and I know they are going to last me a long time! You can purchase these for $6.77 at Walmart which is amazing. I highly recommend going to check these out, I just want to keep smelling my hair!

Hey my beauts, I hope you are all doing well! Almost the weekend thank god! I can not wait till Thanksgiving and have my mom’s amazing potatoes, gravy and turkey galore. Can not forget about the pumpkin pie that’s for sure! So thatΒ is what is keeping me going throughout the week! That and country music. As you beauts may know I never have been the type to really be head over heels for country until recently. I have been getting more into country and living with my grandma, she always and I mean always listens to country music, so I am constantly around it. One thing I love about country is how beautiful the lyrics are, they are so simple yet so effective and powerful. I love the tone of voice in country music, it is so relaxing and I feel like with every song you can relate to it somehow. It is just simply beautiful and I have no other way to describe it. I happily reached out to a country artist who I have admired for a while now and asked if she would collaborate on a blog with me about her music! I am so thrilled to have her as a guest on my blog as her singing and talent is absolutely amazing. Just seventeen years old, born in Β LaJolla California, this country artist is absolutely obsessed with lifted trucks, country music and singing. Β She has moved a couple times since then but is recently living in Cave Creek Arizona for about 5 years now. Please give a warm welcome to the beautiful and talented Lauren Elizabeth Bizzell!

Lauren started singing since as long as she can remember. whether it was the third-grade talent show, or singing in the shower, in the car, it has always been something that she loved doing. Lauren has always said that everyone has their “thang” and hers is music. Lauren started playing pianoΒ in freshman year but chose to not continue with it, until she picked up the guitar one day and fell in love playing with it right off the bat. Lauren has been playing for a little more than two years now. Lauren states, “I think I was more into guitar because it was more ‘country’ then piano was to me. I play every day!”. She has been writing her own songs within the past year and has admitted to struggling with it. However, Lauren expresses, “worry now and then you get a few good lyrics and it turns out a little bit better every time.Β I try to find inspiration anywhere I can honestly. Anything from friends, relationships, life lessons, to being mad about something will usually do it for me. Really just anything I am passionate about, I seem to be able to write about”.Β  That’s amazing Lauren, way to go!


I was really curious to ask Lauren who inspired her to get into country music! Lauren explains, “my Mama!Β I guess you could say that country music is just in my blood because I grew up loving it.Β My Mom always sang, and we would always listen toΒ Faith Hill,Β Martina McBride,Β Trisha Yearwood, and most 80s-90s country “divas”. I just never stopped loving their music, and their voice”. Β I also went on to ask Lauren if she has ever performed on a stage before? Lauren states, “yes I love performing more than anything!!! I perform anywhere and anytime there is an opportunity because you never know who is listening! I want to perform like there’s a CEO of some big music label listening because someday that might be the case and it could make or break a successful music career!Lately, I have performed in an annual school district event that raises money for music programs in the schools in the Cave Creek school district called “Rock the District”, which is usually the highlight of my school year, every year since middle school when I did it with our choir. I have performed in it myself for three years now. I can’t wait for the next one!I also have been involved withΒ Alice Cooper’s Proof is in the Pudding Talent Search. This is for people 25 and younger to compete for the prize of opening forΒ Alice Cooper, Β and other famous artists and bands like Joe Perry,Β Korn, The Hollywood Vampires, etc. I did it last year for the first time and made it to the quarterfinals! As of this year’s competition, round one is this week on Tuesday so wish me luck!! It’s been an amazing experience so far. You get to meet so many other talented musicians and new friends, and lots of people that want to help you succeed. The competition is held at Alic Cooper’s Solid Rock Teen Center in Phoenix, and during the year they provide free music lessons, dance lessons etc. it is a great thing to be involved with!” Wow! You should be so incredibly proud of yourself Lauren, that is so amazing and such an accomplishment by far! That is quite amazing that you have been involved with this and so many other things, great opportunities are coming your way!

I was also very curious as to what other hobbies Lauren enjoys doing! Lauren explains, “Well my favourite thing to do besides singing or play the guitar, is probably going to concerts! Whether it’s with my Mama or my best friends, I always seem to have the best time!Β I love hanging out with my best friends as much as I can, and I also work a lot and I am lucky to say that I actually really enjoy my job”.Β  Rock on Lauren!

“…Practice, Practice, and Practice some more!”

What personal advice would you give to someone who is just starting out in this career path? “Practice, practice, and practice some more!!Β Don’t waste any opportunities you get to sing or play for someone. You never know what doors each performance could open up for you!Β Sing/play like nobody is listening. Pretend you are just by yourself in your room, or wherever you feel the most comfortable, it decreases nerves!!Β Don’t give up if you get a hateful comment or negative feedback, either way, it is only going to make you stronger!”. These are great words of advice Lauren, that is awesome. I am sure you are helping out hundreds of individuals who needed to hear this and get help starting out!

Rather than giving advice, I was curious as to what was the best piece of advice Β Lauren has gotten from someone before in regards to the music industry. Lauren explains, “I believe the best advice I ever got from somebody in regards to the music industry is to keep at it and don’t give up when you fail. There will be times when you mess up a song or get embarrassed at a gig but you have to pick yourself back up again, learn from your mistakes and apply those lessons next time! Fall down nine times and get back up ten times!”

Have you ever been on tour before? “I have never personally been on tour, however, I would love to! I do not think I am necessarily experienced enough to do so yet, but I love travelling and have always wanted to travel so I am sure that it would be so much fun. I haven’t made any concrete plans to tour but it’s definitely a goal of mine!”.Β  I have high hopes for you Lauren, I know you will make it big someday!


I was curious as to how long Lauren sings and practices for each day. Lauren explains and emphasizes that she sings with every chance she gets. She states that the best time for her to practice is usually when she is home alone which makes a lot of sense!Β If not home alone Lauren usually sings with just her younger brother who has learned to tolerate her constant singing. Lauren also explained that she will be doing the dishes and just start singing her lungs out. HAHA that is awesome Lauren if I could sing I would do the exact same thing that’s for sure!

Who are your favourite musicians? “Trisha Yearwood,Β Faith Hill,Β Miranda Lambert,Β Carrie Underwood,Β Eric Church, Dolly Parton,Β Gretchen Wilson,Β Chris Stapleton,Β Little Big Town…. I could go on for hours!”


Lastly, I always like to end my collaborations with individuals with the miracle question, where do they see themselves 5 years from now? Lauren expresses, “well the dream is for me to graduate high school and then attend Belmont University in Nashville to get a degree in Music Business, and then start playing every gig I can around there, to hopefully get a recording contract, or to figure out how else I can involve myself in the music business in case being the artist myself doesn’t work out”.Β  I really do have so many high hopes for you Lauren, you are a beautiful soul inside and out and have done amazing for yourself so far, that’s fantastic. I truly believe you are going to go super far one day, just keep doing you and you got this. I want to personally thank Lauren for allowing to be on my blog and collaborating with me on her music. Hey my beauts, and welcome back to my channel! Thank you so much for dropping in and stopping by, I greatly appreciate it beyond words. I absolutely love blogging for you guys and just want to take the time to say thank you so much for the support over the years, you guys are awesome! Thank you so much for following my blogging channel as well, I love hearing from you guys! So I bet you guys are wondering who I am going to collaborate with today and I am beyond excited for this collaboration you beauts. This beautiful lady is only 20 years old and has a strong passion towards makeup and the makeup industry. I have looked up to her for a while now, and her posts always greet me on Facebook, especially cause Halloween is right around the corner. Her style of makeup and techniques are phenomenal, and I highly recommend checking out her Instagram if you have not already. I am super excited to announce I have collaborated with the gorgeous Giulianna Marie in regards to her makeup and beauty related career.

For starters, I want to welcome Giulianna to my channel and it’s such a pleasure having her here! I can not believe you are only 20 Giulianna that blows my mind, you have such an amazing talent and are going so far in life. Giulianna finished two years of college but is currently taking time off to focus on makeup at the moment. She plans on going to school next year but is hoping that the time off will open new doors and opportunities for her. I wanted to ask Giulianna right away when she first started getting into makeup and becoming involved with the makeup industry. Giulianna states “I did some makeup when I was very young, playing around with those huge cheap sets for little girls. I started wearing eyeshadow every day in high school and began my beauty Instagram my senior year”. Something that absolutely blows my mind completely was that Giulianna was self-taught. How incredible is that? You would think with a talent like hers that she must have been taught by professionals or something but nope, completely self-taught!

I was very curious as to how long Giulianna spends editing and making her videos since she does have a Youtube account which is Giuliana Marie. Giulianna expresses, “I’ve been disappointingly inconsistent with youtube, but I’m currently doing 31 days of Halloween and uploading a new video every day. One video takes me anywhere from 4-10 hours of filming and editing”.  Beauts, check these amazing Halloween Tutorials that she has come up with and shown on her channel, I am beyond amazed and floored by her talent.

I wanted to know what makes Giulianna comfortable in front of the camera and to my surprise, she isn’t that comfortable yet and intends to work on it. Could’ve fooled me for sure!

What is one you tuber you watch that deserves more views/ subscribers
then they have? “I don’t watch any YouTubers really. But my friends Jill Foran and David Steinberg both have youtubes and are definitely underrated based on their artistry but also how much time they put into their videos”. 

How long does it take you to prep for a video? “About a half hour just to do my base and get my studio clean enough”.

I was very curious as to how long it takes for Giulianna to get ready in the morning! For me, it depends what kind of mood I am in and if I feel like putting makeup on and getting myself all dolled up or not. Sometimes I can take two hours, other times I can take 10 minutes. Giulianna states, “I don’t usually wear makeup everyday unless its a special occasion, just because I feel like its a waste of time if I’m not going to post it on Instagram. I would like this to change and start to dedicate an hour a day to make myself feel good in the morning. if I go out, ill spend 1-2 hours getting ready”.  I hear you Giulianna, I am the same way, I always think it’s such a waste but when you get yourself all dolled up and ready, you really do feel happier and more upbeat about starting your day! It makes your day more enjoyable knowing that you look great and feel good about yourself.

I also wanted to know who inspires Giulianna to do her makeup. She goes on to explain that she is inspired by many colour combinations, different styles and her emotions.

What is a quote or phrase that you live by? “…there is a way to be good again…” – The Kite Runner (my favourite book)”. 

Being a beauty guru, I had wondered if Giulianna had attended any beauty events or special events before. She explains, “I have attended GenBeauty and IMATS”. That’s fantastic! Those would be such good events to go attend to and you would learn so much as well! I then asked Giulianna if she does freelance makeup before for any clients? She explains that she has done a few people in her town makeup before, but does not really do any freelance makeup. Giulianna states, “doing other people’s makeup makes me nervous”.  I am the same way! I absolutely love doing my own makeup and experimenting with makeup products and what not,but when it comes to doing other people’s makeup I am afraid to mess up and do something wrong, or I am scared they will not like it! I personally would just rather stick to doing my own makeup.

I know that Giulianna has a lot of followers on her social media sites, especially on Instagram, with a stunning 451, 000 followers. That is incredible, way to go! I was curious as to how long it took to achieve this. Giulianna expresses, “I only have a substantial following on Instagram, and I’ve been for about 2.5 years now. I’d like to be a lot further in my career”.  Still, that’s amazing, and I have no doubt that you will achieve this goal of yours Giulianna!


One piece of advice you would give to someone who was just starting out in the beauty industry? “Be prepared because it can really take a toll on you. Make sure it’s something you really want”. I had also wanted to know what other hobbies she enjoys doing besides makeup! She states, “Not much! I used to paint and draw all the time. but now I spend most of my time on makeup”. I hear you! I spend most of my time blogging, and when individuals ask me what else I like to do in my free time, I have a really hard time coming up with an answer for them!

I then asked Giulianna how she would explain her makeup techniques and style. Giulianna states, “hmm, I definitely prefer heavy makeup for my daily looks (like super dark smokey eyes). I would also describe myself as a detail-oriented perfectionist because I spend so long on my looks”. 

How do you come up with your looks? “I plan them, draw sketches and make tons of lists then pick which I want to do”.  I also asked Giulianna who her favourite beauty guru was. Giulianna explains that her favourite beauty guru is Samantha!


I always am so curious about this question and always wonder what makeup artists would say! I asked Giulianna what was one piece of makeup that she could not live without. She states, “Ugh, how can I pick one? Probably purple eyeshadow, or black gel eyeliner. But realistically, foundation or concealer as well, haha. I can’t choose one!”. I think for me, I personally could not live without my eyebrow products seeing as I hardly have any eye brows, to begin with! I would for sure need my brow products, they are a necessity!

Finally, wrapping up my collaboration with Giulianna Marie, I asked her where she sees herself 5 years from now. Giulianna expresses, “well I hope that by then I’ve had a “big break” and have established myself enough to be making substantial money, and have a nice house or apartment. I would like to get married around that age as well and start planning for kids. But I also want to be financially stable first, so hopefully, I’ll be bringing in the dough and own my own business/brand by then! HOPEFULLY. I stress about this every day”. I have so much faith in you Giulianna! You are by far one of the most talented makeup artists I have ever seen and I really wish nothing but the best for you! It was an absolute honour working with you on this blog post and having you as a special guest! I just want to thank you again!
