Good morning beautiful souls, welcome to my channel if you are new! My name is Alyssa! I am so grateful and happy you stopped by! I am super excited that spring is just around the corner and the nice weather is showing up! Literally, nothing like the birds chirping, the sun shining, bringing out the cute outfits, and feeling in a more upbeat mood! What I adore about this wonderful company is that they include so many wonderful Canadian Beauty, Fashion and lifestyle products, giving you all those mad spring vibes! This company helps support local Canadian companies which I absolutely LOVE. I love supporting local businesses! You also get to hear about so many unique and beautiful companies out there. which is amazing! Can we just talk about how stinking cute the packaging is! I love the design of these boxes, and I am loving the giant “EH” sticker! Such a nice touch to this!


So like I had mentioned earlier, there are so many wonderful products located in the box! I am going to share and review all the products with you beauts so grab a cup of tea or coffee! The first product located in the Spring Box is the “Agate Phone Grips “ by AA Designs. This beautiful company sells Aromatherapy and Gemstone Jewlery, ranging from wholesale to custom orders. Their pieces are STUNNING, and I simply could not get over how gorgeous the phone grips were! The phone grips help provide a secure grip for your phone, and also can act as a stand as well. Did I mention how classy and elegant they look? This product also includes a 3M sticker on the back so you can attach it to the back of your phone! The next product that I am going to share with you guys located in the box is this “Bare Blend Face Oil” by The Salted Rose. This company offers luxe natural self care & lifestyle products. This face oil is super gentle on your skin and includes a blend of high quality oils. This is the perfect product to keep your skin feeling nourished and hydrated! I absolutely love this product and love how it makes my skin feel! This is a must have in your selfcare routine that’s for sure! I also love and adore how cute the packaging is! It really is pleasing to the eye, and I love all the products this company has to offer. This product does not contain any essential oils and is safe for all skin types. The third product that I am going to discuss with you beauts are these GORGEOUS earrings! These are the “Fringe Hoop Earrings” by Clover and Coast. You beauts know I absolute adore my earrings! I love a whole bunch of different styles, and love pairing them with different outfits! I love this beige neutral colour that I received, they go perfectly with so many looks! I love the fringe tassel look, and can not wait to style them in lots of ways! I truly think that jewlery can spice up any outfit and dress it up! Love these SO SO much! The next product that I am going to be sharing with you beauts is the “Accurate Rumor Hair Clip” by Kash and Co. This hair accessory is so stylish and chic, I can’t get enough of it! I truly want to get more into hair clips and experiment with them a lot more! I love the pearl detailing on this particular piece, and love how classy it looks. You can pair this with so many different outfits! I love the variety of hair accessories this company has to offer. They have such cute scrunchies and hair clips. Okay, so I know what you guys are thinking, how can a box have so many adorable and cute goodies in it! Hey…. we are just getting started my dear friends! The next product located in the Spring Subscription Box is the “Hot Mess Room Spay” by Arrow It Forward. GUYS…… I am absolutely obsessed with this spray and can not get over how good it smells! I literally spray this all over my room, on my bed sheets, pillow…. you name it. I have worked with this amazing company before and I am hooked on ALL her products. Her work is amazing, and the scents are heavenly. When I look for room sprays or candles, I want to ensure you can really SMELL them in the room! Trust me when I say this, you can for sure smell everything and won’t want to stop smelling everything! Did I mention how cute the labels are and the packaging! The label on the front of this product states, “a barely hanging on blend of leggings and dry shampoo” (how freaking adorable is that!). Pretty much when you’re a “hot mess!”. Extra extra read all about it, Lyss is getting eco-friendly and we’re going to SHOUT IT! Guys, it’s happening! I am so happy to start using this product on a daily basis! This is the “Bambu Smoothie Straw” by AllBambu. This is such a unique product that I think everyone should carry with them! This straw is made completely out of bambu, it’s organic, GMO-Free, Vegan and also Cruelty-Free as well. I love how stylish and convenient this product is! It comes with a case and a cleanser too. Ps… I am one of those people that loves my straws and I hate asking restaurants for them! For sure going to be carrying around this litte fella in my purse! I was so thrilled that Canadian Beauty Box added this unreal product in their box! This is the “Refresh Face Wash” by Medikate. I am absolutely hooked on this face wash you guys! It is so gentle on my skin and has such a nice minty scent and feeling to it! This cleanser helps to remove any dirt and makeup on your skin without striping any natural oils! It is so important to cleanse your skin daily, and this is by far an amazing product to include in your daily routine! This product is also great for all skin types which I adore. There is Biotin and Silica located in this product which is awesome! I don’t know about you beauts but my nails currently need all the help they can get at the moment! Good morning my beautiful and gorgeous souls! I hope everyone is having an absolutely fabulous week so far! It’s a new week, so you know what that means right? It’s time to set yourself up for a positive one, and it’s time to set some goals for yourself! I honestly love sitting down and planning out my week. It really just makes you feel so productive and puts you in a great mood. I have always been a planner for as long as I can remember!  I like to have absolutely everything laid out, and stick to a routine…anyone else!?  Aside from planning out new goals I want to accomplish throughout the week, I also adore trying new things!  I can not wait to share with you beauts what I tried

! I am super excited about this wonderful collaboration, and I am eager to share my experience with you guys! I recently collaborated with a wonderful company called, “Tan on the Run”. I spoke with a beautiful soul, Samantha Milani, in regards to a potential collaboration opportunity and I was ecstatic! Of course I agreed to the collaboration right away, and could not wait to meet this lovely lady and check out her studio in Hamilton Ontario.  As you beauts know, I am always in Hamilton as my other half lives there, so I love hearing about local businesses and supporting them! Samantha’s studio is located on James Street North (aka a very pleasant and adorable area, so many cute shops to check out!). I honestly love walking down this street with the boy on a Saturday! So peaceful!

The Studio & Atmosphere

Since I have so so much to chat with you beauts about my amazing experience, let’s first start of by stating a well known fact. Samantha’s studio is by far the cutest thing I have ever SEEN. Literally, everything was so aesthetically pleasing to the eye, I was overwhelmed with excitement when I saw it! She did such a beautiful job designing and decorating her studio! Everything was seriously on point, I mean guys... she painted this garage door in her studio pink. Like, the amount of pictures I would seriously take in there! The absolute cutest. I love when places feel welcoming and bring in so many cozy vibes! This really helps create a warm atmosphere, and right away, I knew I was in the right place!  Samantha, you can help decorate my room any day of the week… just saying!

Now I know what you beauts are probably thinking, you want to hear more about the company, am I right? I honestly have never heard of “Tan on the Run” before, but was so fascinated hearing all about the company! What makes this company so unique is that they are actually a mobile airbrush spray tanning service company. You can actually use their services in your own home, office, hotel, you name it! Seriously, how convenient is that! I absolutely adore that! For my experience, I went to her lovely studio and received my spray tan there! Within the company, they use the highest quality exclusive tanning solutions and what I absolutely adore is that their products are vegan, aloe based and Paraben-free! They are also hypoallergenic, customized for all skin tones, last up to 7-10 days, and have anti-cellulite/anti-aging formula in them.  I love this because you are inhaling no harsh chemicals whatsoever!

So beauts, I have to admit, I used to be one of those girls that adored tanning beds and literally love cooking my skin. I loved how my skin looked after a nice tan and I truly felt really good about myself. I can proudly say I have stopped using tanning beds, thank goodness, but I do enjoy laying out in the sun or even purchasing tanning lotions from the drugstore.  As much as I love using tanning lotions from the store, I always look like a hot streaky mess afterwards, literally am not a pro whatsoever. One of the things that stood out to me about “Tan on the Run”, is that somebody is doing the spray tan for you, in a convenient atmosphere and there are no streaks afterwards! Unreal, I am so down for that.  Whether you are looking to prepare for a vacation,  to look good for an event you may be attending, or heck even just because you randomly want glowing skin, this is the service for you!

So, to be quite honest with you beauts, I had no idea what to wear when receiving the tan! I messaged Samantha asking and she stated it was my choice to be fully nude, partially or have some undergarments on. I chose to keep some undergarments on, so I would be able to show you beauts the tan lines (they are wicked, I was shook!).  Even though I was partially naked, Samantha made me feel extremely comfortable in her studio and was such a sweetheart! For me personally, engaging in conversations can be more challenging with my social anxiety getting the better of me. I was so happy that she made the atmosphere so comforting as if we had known each other forever! I love individuals like this.

The Tanning Process

So when I first entered her studio, I went into her back room where everything was all set up. She asked if I wanted to shower within the 4 hours or 8 hours after getting the spray tan. I had plans later that day, so I chose to shower within the 4 hours! I then changed and put on the robe while I waited for her to finish mixing the spray tan. She then got me all prepped and we were then ready to start the tanning process! Since I am a total newbie at this, Samantha was so helpful during the whole process, guiding which poses I needed to do in order for her to get every part of my body sprayed. Along with her guided help and comfortable atmosphere, the whole process was really enjoyable. Having social anxiety can be the biggest downfall for me when it comes to meeting new individuals and having business meetups! She helped so much, and it felt so natural engaging in different conversations while getting the spray tan done! It was around a 20 minute process but it felt like nothing! The tan is cold while getting sprayed but 100% worth it completely!

“Tan on the Run Products”

Afterwards, Samantha explained the after care process and also gifted me a few of their “Tan on the Run” products to try which was SO sweet! I am super excited to try out all the products and share my views on them with you beauts! So far, I have tried out most of the products and I am currently living for them! The first product that I want to share with you guys is this gorgeous “Oh So Raw Soap” which is unscented. What I adore about this product is that it is so natural! When rinsing off after the 4 hours, you want to stay away from harsher soaps such as Dove and Olay. I used this little fella and it was so gentle on my skin. This bar soap has Shea butter in it, and helps to calm irritated skin as well. This soap retails on the website for $15.00.

“Glowing skin is always in”

The second product that I want to share with you beautiful souls is this amazing moisturizer. This is the “Oh So Pure Organic Shea Butter”. This cream is the definition of heaven, hands down. It is so important to keep your skin moisturized constantly after receiving your spray tan, at least twice daily. I have been using this cream and simply can not get enough of it! Absolutely love it. The smell is so amazing as well, literally just want to eat it up! I use this moisturizer in the morning when I wake up, and at nighttime before I go to sleep. This product retails on the website for $20.00.

This next product that I am going to share with you guys is an absolute beauty! I seriously love this thing so much oh my goodness. So I have always adored makeup and experimenting with it. One thing I have not tried yet however is liquid bronzer. I think I was honestly scared to try it! I received the “Oh So 24H Liquid Bronzer + Kabuki Brush (Vegan)”. What I adore about this product is that it’s extremely moisturizing, and it lasts literally all day. See you later powder bronzer, this bad boy is moving in! Simply spray the kabuki brush that it comes with, and apply it like a normal bronzer on your face. It literally is so so simple, and looks absolutely amazing! I was BLOWN away. You can also use this product on your body such as your neck as well! Instant beach babe ready! This product retails for $45.00 on the website, and it is a MUST HAVE.

The next product that I am super eager to try out is the “Oh So Tan Extender + Moisturizer: CoCo Beach”. This product sounds absolutely amazing and helps make your tan last for up to a week with a single application. I have not tried out this product yet as my tan is still fresh, but I am so down to make my tan last for as long as I can! This product goes on evenly, is non-staining and results appear as little as 4 hours afterwards. You want to ensure that you exfoliate beforehand to help prevent uneven tanning. Also be sure to wash your hands really good afterwards to avoid any staining. This product is 100% natural, organic, vegan and also Paraben-free. I love this so much! You can find this product on the website for $20.00.

Lastly, I received the “Oh So Moroccan Exfoliating Glove” which retails online for $10.00. This glove helps with tan removal and is a weekly body scrub. It is suitable for all skin types, and helps remove dead skin cells, blackheads and ingrown hairs. This glove should be replaced every 8-10 uses.

When discussing the before and after process of the spray tan, Samantha was extremely helpful! I was a complete newbie at it, and literally needed a whole lay out with what to do! Before receiving the spray tan, you need to shower, exfoliate and remove body hair 8-24 hours before your appointment. Your skin should be clean and dry before receiving your spray tan. Also be sure not to apply any deodorant, makeup, moisturizer or oils prior to your appointment (Yes I was quite aware I would have smelly pits and me acne would be out for everyone but hey, literally all worth it in the end)! Also be sure to have your hair in a pony tail, away from your face. Remove any jewelry that you may have on. You will not be able to bathe, shower or exercise at least 4-8 hours after your tan. I showered 4 hours after my tan to remove the excess product on you.

Good Morning beauts, I hope you are all having a wonderful Wednesday so far, you are halfway through the week! You got this guys! This has been a great week so far, thank goodness, filled with lots of deep thinking and trying to relax the body. Since Christmas is fast approaching, and the holidays are right around the corner, often we become so stressed out and forget to put time aside for ourselves. The last thing I completely forget about caring for is my hair to be honest! I have used just boring normal shampoo and conditioner or sometimes I use my purple shampoo to tone the blonde in my hair. I have never really been the type of girl to really put an arm and a leg into my haircare routine….. until NOW.

“I like my products like I like my people. Nontoxic”.

Beauts, I recently tried the “Advanced Hydrating Hair Care Collection” from Monat. I have tried some products in the past from Monat, and really enjoyed them! This is my first time trying this collection and I have to say….wow. Having blonde hair, doing my purple treatments, and styling my hair each day takes a huge toll on it. I have started using these three products; the shampoo, conditioner and the super moisture masque and have absolutely been loving it! The smell of these products you guys is to die for. Honestly it reminds me a tad bit of a cologne smell and I am not complaining whatsoever. I literally have candles in my room that smell like guys…. no big deal…. that scent is just heavenly! I honestly have been looking forward to my baths and hair care routine now!

brb beauts…… call me when you need me…

Start by using the “Advanced Hydrating Shampoo“, lather and leave this product in for 1-2 minutes. When you are done, simply repeat this step again. The first wash removes excess dirt and grime from your hair, while the second wash gets your hair super clean! GUYS…. can I just emphasize how much this shampoo lathers in the second wash…. just wow. I literally can feel my hair getting clean, it’s unreal! I didn’t think I would be this excited about a shampoo in my life….. someone pinch me?! After using the shampoo you are going to take the “Advanced Hydrating Conditioner” and apply this on your hair for 1-2 minutes. This leaves my hair feeling so smooth! I love it so much!

Afterwards, you can apply the “Super Moisture Masque” to your hair 1-2 times per week. Apply this product to clean, towel dried hair. Be sure to leave this product on your hair for at least 5 to ten minutes allowing it to fully absorb. Rinse the masque off afterwards and voila! You are on your way to soft, healthy and beautiful hair. I honestly have been trying to take better care of my hair and skin in these harsh winter months. This has been working wonders for me, and I am so happy I received these products to try out!

It has been an absolute week let me tell you! Now it’s time to enjoy the weekend and the plans that arfe ahead! I have some fun plans ahead that I can not wait for! But today, I am so excited to share a collaboration that I have been working on for you beauts! As you beauts know, I am a passionate beauty, fashion and lifestyle blogger so this is golden! I honestly can not hide my excitement in this blog post! How this company and subscription works is when you enter on the website, you have two payment options to choose from. Simply wait for your box to arrive! It’s that simple! Did I mention it’s free Canadian shipping? YUPP. Now what’s in this winter box you may be wondering…?

The product that I want to share with you beauts first is this moisturizing body bar. This bar is absolutely heavenly and feels amazing on your skin. Especially since the winter weather is approaching and the cold weather can create such dry skin. I love putting aside some self care time, and apply this on my body. These bars are made from unrefined food-grade cocoa butter and fair-trade, organic, refined shea butter. These bars are solid at room temperature but then honestly melt when they come into contact with skin. I know what you beauts may be thinking…does this product feel greasy on your skin? Absolutely not and that is what I adore about this! This “NYLA” moisturizing bar retails for $13.00.

The next goody that I am going to be talking about are these super adorable “Canadian Beauty” cabin socks that are the cutest when it comes to the winter season (these are shown up on the first picture). I don’t know about you beauts, but I love socks that are this style, especially when they keep your feet toasty warm as well! Can you say yes please? These socks are created by “K8 Creative Designs”.They give off such a cozy vibe and retail for $15.00.

The third product that I have been absolutely loving in the winter box is this “Nat’s Organic Lab Matcha Lip Balm”. I don’t know about you beauts, but I love a really good moisturizing lip balm in these harsh winter months. My lips are always insanely dry, and nobody has time for them cracked dry lips....am I right? I love the smell and feeling of this balm, it is super gentle. This product is made with 100% Japanese Matcha and other ingredients that will help your lips out immensely! When I say that I carry this product in my purse at ALL times… that is an understatement! Hands down. This product retails for $9.50.

“Hello weekend, I am glad you are here!”

For all you beauty and makeup lovers out there, this one is for YOU! I absolutely adore my makeup and can not get enough of lip products in general. I find adding some sort of lipstick to your makeup routine just enhances your look 100%! I am all for a great red lip with the holidays fast approaching. I think this looks so classy, especially with all the different festivities you may have planned! I am hooked you guys on this “Tin Feather Cosmetics Velvet Lipstick in the shade, “Viola”. GUYS….. GUYS…. can we just take two seconds to address how stunning this colour is! It is a beautiful soft raspberry red shade. This lipstick is super moisturizing and will not feel like your lips are drying out. I have tried numerous red lipsticks in the past but they have always dried out my lips making them look awful after a few hours! Not with this little guy. The next two products that I want to share with you guys are the “Clean Organics Rose Chamomile Facial Toner”, and the “Design Me Hair, Fab Me”. I love both of these products so much! The toner is so refreshing, and it is super calming! I use this product after cleansing my face and before moisturizing my facial skin. Hey there my beauts and welcome to my blogging channel if you are new ! Thank you for stopping by and taking the time to read , I greatly appreciate it beyond words! If there’s one thing you need to know about me is I absolutely love my candles. I’m that one always shopping at bath and body works, stocking up on candles! I also love searching and looking up candle companies on Instagram! Some beautiful companies I came across included Heaven Scent Soy Candles, as well as Lavish Beauty Baskets. Being a blogger , I love reaching out to companies and meeting new amazing people. I meet new people everyday and I am overwhelmed with all the love and support, it’s amazing! So thank you guys! I recently came across a beautiful candle company called ” Eleven Past Eleven Candle Co”, and what grabbed my attention was how beautiful the candles looked! There is nothing better than a beautiful candle to grab your attention let alone one that smells absolutely incredible. If your candle looks appealing chances are more people are going to stop by and check out your page! I reached out to this company and spoke to the owner and creator, Cassandra, who was such a sweetheart! She kept me up to date with the tracking information and with everything which was so helpful. It really helps when the companies you reach out to are so kind and caring, makes a big difference that is for sure!

So I knew that I was going to be receiving a candle but did not know to what extent the candle would really look like! I was completely and I mean completely blown away at the elegance and how gorgeous the candle was! I received a beautiful note from Cassandra which was so sweet !

When I saw the candle I nearly died, it was absolutely gorgeous. Even the outside of the candle was adorable and grabbed my attention right away! I received the “Positivity Candle” which retails for $27.99 in store. The outside of the candle states ,”positivity- ( noun) the state or character of being positive ; a positivity that accepts the world as it is”. I absolutely love this. I think this is such a great touch to this candle , and really adds to the appearance! When I opened it up , the scent was unreal. I could not stop smelling it ! The candles are made with all natural soy wax, and can be used in the home or office for an instant pick me up!

The positivity candles are scented with endlessly in love fragrance, and each candle’s estimated burn time is 30 hours. I also love how the candle has the wooden wick to create the crackling noise. I honestly have not seen any candles like this before until I collaborated with Heaven Scent Soy Candles who uses the same beautiful technique! Love it! So cozy and calming.

What I absolutely love about these candles that makes them so unique is the crystals that are located on top of the candles! How unreal and beautiful is that? Ontop of my positivity candle, there were rose quartz and Dalmatian jasper crystals. The rose quartz has a powerful but gentle energy that soothes and calms the aura. It is considered to be the crystal of unconditional love, opening the heart to foster empathy and promote self love. It emits a soft healing vibration that is joyous to the soul. I honestly absolutely love this you beauts! I am all about self love and empowering/ growing as individuals. I think this means so much and I think it’s so interesting to read the meaning behind the crystals!

The next crystal , the Dalmatian jasper, has a wonderful energy that promotes happiness and restores a sense of fun and child-like wonder, a true pick me up. The black tourmaline inclusions help to cleanse and purify the aura. It transmutes any negative energy in the auric field, transforming the negative into positive.

Again, love the meaning behind these crystals , they are so empowering and send powerful messages to the user. I have tried burning my candle for a little bit to test it out and it’s absolutely beautiful. The scent is amazing, it’s super relaxing. It is honestly like Cassandra knew what kind of scent I would fall in love with. I am also all about positivity and promoting positive vibes to my channel . Hello and good morning my beauts, I hope you are all doing well and fantastic like myself! I have been slowly planning out what to get my friends and family for Christmas, what about you beauts!? Christmas shopping is always stressful and sometimes you never know what to get people, or that’s what is always my problem anyway! I recently came across a beautiful Instagram page that sold beautiful candles, body scrubs and handmade beauty products. Guys…. if you know anything about me, you know that anything beauty-related screams my name, and I absolutely love these kinds of things. I find handmade beauty products to be so relaxing, soothing, and more personal by far. I reached out to the company “Lavish Beauty Baskets“, and spoke to the creator Krystle Ajaegbu.Β  She was so kind and down to earth, kept me updated when it came to my order and when it would be coming in! She was such a kind soul to work with and super friendly to speak to.

When I received my box, I was super excited to be a part of this collaboration with beauty products. I opened it and was created by a personal card from Krystle and her company which was adorable.Β  I absolutely love my personal cards, they mean so much to me and I keep every single one of them!

Thank you so much, Krystle, for the sweet card I appreciate it a bunch! I then received two beautiful products in my box which I was super excited about trying! I received a beautiful box scrub in the mail by Lavish Beauty Baskets which is called the “Lavish Glow Scrub“.Β  The ingredients in this scrub are to die for. This scrub contains sugar, coconut oil, apple extract, glycerin, phenoxyethanol, ethyhexylglycerin,Β  and fragrance.Β  I absolutely love this body scrub, it feels so smooth on my skin and makes my skin look glowy afterward. I love the scent as well which is an added bonus!Β  It goes on so nicely, and I love how much product is in the container.

I also love the design of this product as well, and all the products in general. I think they look absolutely gorgeous and are super glamorous as well! The next product that I received from Lavish Beauty Baskets was a gorgeous candle. If there is one thing that you beauts need to know about me is I absolutely love soothing candles with Eucalyptus scent in them. I find this scent to be super relaxing, especially someone who suffers from anxiety, these scents are calming and amazing. Even after a stressful day these are great.Β  I received a candle in “Eucalyptus Mint” from Lavish Beauty Baskets and let me just say beauts, the scent is to die for. I absolutely am in love. It literally feels like all my worries disappeared after smelling this. I also love the cute little design labels on it as well, adds such a nice touch to it. What I find so amazing about these products is that they honestly would make such great gifts for someone! Whether it be a birthday, ChristmasΒ gift or gift for your girlfriend or mom, they are beautiful. Hello my beauts, thank you for stopping by and welcome to my channel! So as you all are aware skincare is so important and having a proper routine helps out so much. I have always been really bad when it came to skincare, and really just did not care so much about my skin. My skin is super sensitive so I really have not found any proper products that have worked for me lately. My skin is acne prone, unfortunately, and I tend to break out all along my chin area as well as around my mouth which is super annoying!! I am always on the hunt for new skincare products! I have had the wonderful opportunity and I am so grateful that Vichy Canada allowed me to partner up with their beautiful company and collaborate with them. I have always admired Vichy Canada for the longest time and knew I had to reach out to them. They were such lovely people to get in touch with and I could tell right away they were very welcoming.  I had messaged them on Instagram, and they sent my request to their PR agency. Within a couple of hours, Vichy Canada had sent me an email asking for my mailing address and so forth. It only took a couple of days until I received a box with 4 beautiful full-size products in it to review and share with you beauts. I am not going to lie this is the first time I have ever tried Vichy before, and I am beyond impressed with the results. I have tested out all of the products for you guys, and have been using them for a couple of days now. I am already seeing results when it comes to my face and how much my acne has gone down, it’s incredible. Not going to lie I was a little hesitant when I received the products because they are not scent free and my face is extremely sensitive. To my surprise and amazement, my face has not broken out once and it has completely calmed my acne 100%. I am going to review some products from the new Idealia Line for you beauts, and can not wait to share my results with you beauts!


First, I am going to discuss with you beauts the new “Smoothness & Glow- Energizing Cream” which has Blueberry Polyphenois and Fermented Black Tea Extract in it as well. This cream is for sensitive skin which is amazing and was exactly what I needed. It creates a long-lasting glow, evens complexion, refines pores, and smooths lines. This cream is for dry skin and is a 24-hour moisturizer. This cream is also non-greasy and non-sticky not to mention it smells absolutely amazing. This cream retails for $39.99, and I highly recommend trying it out for yourself if you are looking for an incredible day-time cream. I apply this after I cleansed my face in the morning and before I apply my makeup application.


Next, I have to show you guys this wonderful product that Vichy Canada has to offer. Again, it is for sensitive skin, it’s like Vichy Canada knew me exactly down to a T.  This product is called the “Idealia Eyes, Eye Contour Idealizer Care“, which helps transform skin quality, and colour around the eye contour. This cream helps reduce the look of dark circles, illuminates shadows, and smooths the look of fine lines and skin texture. After 4 weeks, it reduces 21% of the appearance of dark circles, 23% of signs of fatigue, and 25% of fine lines. This was a clinical study that included 29 women within 4 weeks. The cream includes a smoothing applicator and has a fresh hydrating texture. I have only been using this product for almost a week now and it literally feels so soft on my skin, I love it. I will let you beauts know after the 4 weeks is up and how I think of the products. This product retails for $39.95.

Thirdly, I am going to talk to you beauts about the amazing “Idealia Peeling” product which is the radiance activating night peeling care. This is probably my most favourite product out of the 4 of them, I absolutely love it. You apply this product during your nighttime skin care routine and apply it to your face with a cotton pad. After applying this product to your face, do not rinse it off. All of these products smell unbelievably good, and my skin feels so fresh after using them.  I have noticed a difference in my face after using this product, as my face looks glowy and beautiful when I wake up in the morning.  This product retails for $39.95, and I highly highly recommend trying this out for yourself, you will not be disappointed whatsoever.


I absolutely love this last product that I am going to tell you beauts about.This is called the “Spa-Shower Gel-Cream” from the Idealia collection.  This product includes Vichy Thermal Spa Water, is rich in 15 minerals, and includes shea butter and white clay. This gel-cream provides lasting comfort, hydrates and softens the skin. Beauts, literally no joke, my skin felt so amazing and soft after getting out of the shower, I was in awe. Again, this is for sensitive skin which was amazing for me. I absolutely love this gel-cream and just use a loofa to apply it all over my body and then rinse it off. I am for sure going to keep using this in my shower routine to wash my body,  it smells heavenly.  This product retails for $16.95. I highly recommend trying this out as well!

I just want to personally thank Vichy Canada for being so kind and generous and sending me 4 beautiful products of theirs to try out and review for you beauts. I literally have no negative comments to say about the new Idealia line, as I absolutely adore the smell and how the products are on my skin. I have super sensitive skin and these products worked amazingly for my skin-type 100% I use these products every night before I go to bed and when I wake up in the morning. Hello my beauts, and welcome to my channel if you are new! My name is Alyssa and I am a beauty, lifestyle and fashion blogger. I absolutely love my hobby with a passion and a dream of mine is for my blog to take off one day and to be noticed would be wonderful. I recently reached out to Garnier Canada in hope that I may have a slight chance they would reply and to my amazement, they respondedΒ via email which was amazing. I always have loved Garnier products and have nothing but good things to say about them. I always always use their shampoos and conditioners and absolutely adore them, they smell amazing! Garnier Canada was generous enough to send me some of their products to review and try out which was super nice of them! Everything came in a cute package with tissue paper… adorable. Also, I was greeted by a personalized card which I always adore reading, I think packages that have cards are more personalized and really mean so much! So, shall we get started on this collaboration or what?!

First thing I received in my package were three sheet face masks. The first was a blue one which was called the “Moisture Bomb Sheet Mask“. This apparently is a new mask, and it is a super hydrating mask which provides deep moisture for instantly softer, more radiant skin. This mask has pomegranate extract and hyaluronic acid in it. Basically, you take the mask out of the package and want to ensure you have a freshly cleaned face. You then want to put the mask on and while it’s on, take off the blue film and dispose of it. Next, you are going to press the mask so it is firmly on your face. Making sure your face is completelyΒ covered,Β you are then going to leave this on for 15 minutes. Β After the 15 minutes is up, gently take off the mask and rub in the excess product that is left over on your face in a circular motion. I really enjoyed these face masks completely. They left my face feeling really smooth, and moisturized which was awesome! The second face mask that I used was the Β “Super Hydrating Mask Mattifying” which deeplyΒ hydrates, Β balances skin and visibly reduces pores. This mask is made with green tea and hyaluronic acid which is incredible. It was extremelyΒ hydrating and I would for sure purchase this again by far! This mask is for normal to combination skin. Lastly, which was my favourite mask, it was the “Super Hydrating Mask Soothing” and this mask deep hydrates, comforts and soothes the skin. This mask is made with Chamomille and hyaluronic acid and is meant for dry to sensitive skin. I have extremely sensitive skin so I knew right away that I would love this product for sure, I am always looking for products to help my acne prone skin. I think this mask was my absolute favourite. I would highly recommend checking out these products for yourself, they are great when you have sleepovers with your friends and what not! You can purchase these for $2.94 at Walmart.

I absolutely love these facial wipes and was so excited to see some in my Garnier gift bag. I have never tried these before until recently, and I am always looking for new makeup wipes to try out. These makeup wipes are called, “Makeup Removing Micellar Wipes with Argan oil“. These wipes are n all-in-1 for long wear makeup, which helps cleanse and smooth the skin. There are 25 wipes that are included, and these wipes really do help get my makeup off. Β They are super gentle on my skin and get every piece of makeup off without having to rub harshly. Β I am going to be purchasing some more as soon as I run Β out!!


Next, I am going to share with you guys this amazing New Moisture Bomb “Antioxidant Β Super Moisturizer” for all skin types lotion. This moisturizer helps the skin with hydration and protects it against daily aggressors for healthier-looking skin. This moisturizer has Goji Berry, hyaluronic acid and antioxidant complex in it. I am always looking for a soft and gentle moisturizer especially for my face to use, and I am in love with this one! This lotion has a non-greasy formula with vitamins C &E in it. You can use this moisturizer on your face and as well as on your neck.


Next, in my goody bag, I received “Garnier Fructis Clean & Fresh fortifying conditioner and shampoo”, with grapefruit in it! I absolutely love anything that is fruity or has grapefruit in it, so they must know me well! I tried out both of these shampoos and conditioners and absolutely fell in love. My hair was shiny and felt super soft, and I am extremely picky when it comes to these type of things! These products are for normal hair, and refreshes and energizes my hair. These products are gentle enough for everyday use, and I know they are going to last me a long time! You can purchase these for $6.77 at Walmart which is amazing. I highly recommend going to check these out, I just want to keep smelling my hair!

Hey my beauts, and welcome back to my channel! Thank you so much for dropping in and stopping by, I greatly appreciate it beyond words. I absolutely love blogging for you guys and just want to take the time to say thank you so much for the support over the years, you guys are awesome! Thank you so much for following my blogging channel as well, I love hearing from you guys! I hope you all are enjoying my channel as well, if you any types of blog posts you would like to see and view please don’t hesitate, I love suggestions! So I bet you guys are wondering who I am going to collaborate with today and I am beyond excited for this collaboration you beauts. This beautiful lady is only 20 years old and has a strong passion towards makeup and the makeup industry. I have looked up to her for a while now, and her posts always greet me on Facebook, especially cause Halloween is right around the corner. Her style of makeup and techniques are phenomenal, and I highly recommend checking out her Instagram if you have not already. I am super excited to announce I have collaborated with the gorgeous Giulianna Marie in regards to her makeup and beauty related career.

For starters, I want to welcome Giulianna to my channel and it’s such a pleasure having her here! I can not believe you are only 20 Giulianna that blows my mind, you have such an amazing talent and are going so far in life. Giulianna finished two years of college but is currently taking time off to focus on makeup at the moment. She plans on going to school next year but is hoping that the time off will open new doors and opportunities for her. I wanted to ask Giulianna right away when she first started getting into makeup and becoming involved with the makeup industry. Giulianna states “I did some makeup when I was very young, playing around with those huge cheap sets for little girls. I started wearing eyeshadow every day in high school and began my beauty Instagram my senior year”. Something that absolutely blows my mind completely was that Giulianna was self-taught. How incredible is that? You would think with a talent like hers that she must have been taught by professionals or something but nope, completely self-taught!

I was very curious as to how long Giulianna spends editing and making her videos since she does have a Youtube account which is Giuliana Marie. Giulianna expresses, “I’ve been disappointingly inconsistent with youtube, but I’m currently doing 31 days of Halloween and uploading a new video every day. One video takes me anywhere from 4-10 hours of filming and editing”.  Beauts, check these amazing Halloween Tutorials that she has come up with and shown on her channel, I am beyond amazed and floored by her talent.

I wanted to know what makes Giulianna comfortable in front of the camera and to my surprise, she isn’t that comfortable yet and intends to work on it. Could’ve fooled me for sure!

What is one you tuber you watch that deserves more views/ subscribers
then they have? “I don’t watch any YouTubers really. But my friends Jill Foran and David Steinberg both have youtubes and are definitely underrated based on their artistry but also how much time they put into their videos”. 

How long does it take you to prep for a video? “About a half hour just to do my base and get my studio clean enough”.

I was very curious as to how long it takes for Giulianna to get ready in the morning! For me, it depends what kind of mood I am in and if I feel like putting makeup on and getting myself all dolled up or not. Sometimes I can take two hours, other times I can take 10 minutes. Giulianna states, “I don’t usually wear makeup everyday unless its a special occasion, just because I feel like its a waste of time if I’m not going to post it on Instagram. I would like this to change and start to dedicate an hour a day to make myself feel good in the morning. if I go out, ill spend 1-2 hours getting ready”.  I hear you Giulianna, I am the same way, I always think it’s such a waste but when you get yourself all dolled up and ready, you really do feel happier and more upbeat about starting your day! It makes your day more enjoyable knowing that you look great and feel good about yourself.

I also wanted to know who inspires Giulianna to do her makeup. She goes on to explain that she is inspired by many colour combinations, different styles and her emotions.

What is a quote or phrase that you live by? “…there is a way to be good again…” – The Kite Runner (my favourite book)”. 

Being a beauty guru, I had wondered if Giulianna had attended any beauty events or special events before. She explains, “I have attended GenBeauty and IMATS”. That’s fantastic! Those would be such good events to go attend to and you would learn so much as well! I then asked Giulianna if she does freelance makeup before for any clients? She explains that she has done a few people in her town makeup before, but does not really do any freelance makeup. Giulianna states, “doing other people’s makeup makes me nervous”.  I am the same way! I absolutely love doing my own makeup and experimenting with makeup products and what not,but when it comes to doing other people’s makeup I am afraid to mess up and do something wrong, or I am scared they will not like it! I personally would just rather stick to doing my own makeup.

I know that Giulianna has a lot of followers on her social media sites, especially on Instagram, with a stunning 451, 000 followers. That is incredible, way to go! I was curious as to how long it took to achieve this. Giulianna expresses, “I only have a substantial following on Instagram, and I’ve been for about 2.5 years now. I’d like to be a lot further in my career”.  Still, that’s amazing, and I have no doubt that you will achieve this goal of yours Giulianna!


One piece of advice you would give to someone who was just starting out in the beauty industry? “Be prepared because it can really take a toll on you. Make sure it’s something you really want”. I had also wanted to know what other hobbies she enjoys doing besides makeup! She states, “Not much! I used to paint and draw all the time. but now I spend most of my time on makeup”. I hear you! I spend most of my time blogging, and when individuals ask me what else I like to do in my free time, I have a really hard time coming up with an answer for them!

I then asked Giulianna how she would explain her makeup techniques and style. Giulianna states, “hmm, I definitely prefer heavy makeup for my daily looks (like super dark smokey eyes). I would also describe myself as a detail-oriented perfectionist because I spend so long on my looks”. 

How do you come up with your looks? “I plan them, draw sketches and make tons of lists then pick which I want to do”.  I also asked Giulianna who her favourite beauty guru was. Giulianna explains that her favourite beauty guru is Samantha!


I always am so curious about this question and always wonder what makeup artists would say! I asked Giulianna what was one piece of makeup that she could not live without. She states, “Ugh, how can I pick one? Probably purple eyeshadow, or black gel eyeliner. But realistically, foundation or concealer as well, haha. I can’t choose one!”. I think for me, I personally could not live without my eyebrow products seeing as I hardly have any eye brows, to begin with! I would for sure need my brow products, they are a necessity!

Finally, wrapping up my collaboration with Giulianna Marie, I asked her where she sees herself 5 years from now. Giulianna expresses, “well I hope that by then I’ve had a “big break” and have established myself enough to be making substantial money, and have a nice house or apartment. I would like to get married around that age as well and start planning for kids. But I also want to be financially stable first, so hopefully, I’ll be bringing in the dough and own my own business/brand by then! HOPEFULLY. I stress about this every day”. I have so much faith in you Giulianna! You are by far one of the most talented makeup artists I have ever seen and I really wish nothing but the best for you! It was an absolute honour working with you on this blog post and having you as a special guest! I just want to thank you again! Happy Monday beauts! I hope you all are having a great week so far even though it’s Monday and everyone dreads it ! Mondays always seem so long to me , I hate it . But then when I get home it’s so wonderful and relaxing I love it . I also love getting inspired throughout the day for blog posts . No I have not sat down and actually thought ” lyss …. what days are going to be your blog days ?“. As opposed to literally whenever I feel like it ha ha ! Don’t worry beauts , I will establish a schedule sooner or later and make that commitment. As for right now it’s whenever I get inspired. I thought of this blog post today and literally thought to myself ” I have never posted my red lip and smokey eye look!“. I wear this look sometimes when I go out and I absolutely love it , I think this look is super easy to recreate the only challenging part is playing around with the black, as it is extremely messy and sometimes hard to blend . You can also wear this look for daytime and night time as well ! I would maybe for daytime use a little less black and maybe take out the fake lashes. So, shall we do this or what ?!

First , I am going to put tape along the outer corners of my eyes since we are working with black today . I am then going to go in with my Naked Palette and apply “Virgin“, all over my entire lid. I chose to do a very gentle and subtle colour to compliment the black nicely . I then also went in with my Naked 3 Palette and applied “Strange” overtop of Virgin just to stand out more and make my eyes pop .



Next , I am going to go in with the fun part, the black! I am going to take the Naked Palete and go in with “Creep“, which is a shimmery black and apply this to the outer V of my lids. I am going to slowly build up the colour to my desired look. I decided to build it up quite a bit to create a more dramatic look. I made sure to keep blending out the black thoroughly to avoid any harsh pigmentation. Β It was hard for me to blend out the black considering I hardly wear this colour as a smokey look , but I managed !



I then went in and applied creep underneath my lower lash line to add more depth to my eyes. I also went in with my black liquid liner and applied this to my lid creating a winged effect. I then applied my mascara to my top and bottom lashes.


Now time for the finishing touches! I took my favourite red lipstick by Kate in the shade “110” I believe and applied this to my lips. I love this shade because it has a hint of orange in it so it’s absolutely beautiful. You can pretty much use your favourite red lipstick for this! I also went in with some false lashes of course, and some black eyeliner to line my water line.
